Chester
Valley recently obtained Final Approval for a development to
be known as "White Clay Point" for PREIT.
White
Clay Point is a proposed commercial and residential complex
located in New Garden Township, Chester County,
Pennsylvania. A Multi-Tenant Retail Center will be
constructed on the portion of the property that is
contiguous to the south side of Route 41. A Town
Center will be constructed on the portion of the property
located to the south and west of the Retail Center. A
Convenience store with gasoline pumps will be constructed
adjacent to the north side of Route 41. An 83-lot
Age-Restricted Residential Community will be constructed on
the north side of Route 41. Additionally there will be road
improvements to Sunny Dell Road, Sharp Road, Sheehan Road
and widening of Gap-Newport Pike (Route 41).
